DocOnCall is a telemedicine platform developed by Astrovue Private Limited. Our mission is to make quality healthcare accessible to every Indian, regardless of location, by connecting patients with NMC-certified doctors via instant video consultation.

Our Mission

Healthcare in India is plagued by distance, waiting time, and cost. A patient in a Tier 2 city waits 3 hours to spend 5 minutes with a doctor. A patient in a village may not have access to a specialist at all.

DocOnCall changes that. We put a certified doctor in every pocket — available in minutes, from anywhere in India, at a fraction of the cost of an in-person visit.

The Platform

DocOnCall provides:

  • Encrypted video consultations with NMC-registered doctors
  • Real-time doctor availability and transparent per-minute pricing
  • Digital prescriptions delivered instantly to your phone
  • An Android app for patients and a separate app for doctors
  • A web-based consultation interface (no app required for patients)

Doctor Quality Standards

Every doctor on DocOnCall goes through our verification process:

  • NMC registration number verified against the NMC national registry
  • Manual review by our medical team
  • Ongoing patient feedback and rating monitoring

Only doctors with active, valid registration are permitted to consult on the platform.
