These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DocOnCall platform, including the website at www.doconcall.co, the DocOnCall Android applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Astrovue Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Astrovue", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DocOnCall. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Nature of the Service

DocOnCall is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed physicians for video consultations. Astrovue is not a healthcare provider. Doctors on the platform are independent professionals licensed under the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India. Astrovue does not employ the doctors and is not responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided during consultations.

DocOnCall is intended for non-emergency medical consultations only. In a medical emergency, call 112 (India) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

3. Patient Accounts

  • You must register with a valid Indian mobile phone number. One account per phone number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OTP and account.
  • You must provide accurate information including your name and medical history during consultations.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass doctors.

4. Doctor Accounts

  • Doctors must provide a valid NMC registration number. We verify this with the NMC registry.
  • Doctors are independent contractors, not employees of Astrovue.
  • Doctors must maintain valid registration and comply with MCI/NMC guidelines at all times.

  • Astrovue reserves the right to remove any doctor from the platform at its discretion.

5. Wallet and Payments

Patients: The DocOnCall wallet requires a top-up before initiating a consultation. Your wallet balance is deducted based on actual call duration at the doctor's stated per-minute rate. Unused wallet balance may be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Doctors: Astrovue retains 30% of each consultation fee as a platform commission. The remaining 70% is paid to the doctor's registered bank account within 24 hours of consultation completion. Minimum payout threshold is ₹200.

All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Astrovue does not store card or bank details.
